Chris and Briana were married in 1997. They are the
proud parents of two beautiful and intelligent children. Chris and Briana enjoy
sporting events, music, travel, and the outdoors.
Briana is the third of 6
children (3 brothers and 3 sisters). She attended Arlington's James Bowie High
School where she was the school's first all-state representative. She enjoyed time
at East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas and later graduated from the University
of Texas at Arlington in May of 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music
Education. She has shown great talent as a leader of children and young women as she
has provided dedicated voluntary service with church groups. She is creative and
always excited to play jokes on her friends and family. She has taught private
music lessons in the Dallas area, and is currently teaching and rearing her inquisitive
children at home. She is a terrific mother and the perfect spouse.
Chris was raised in the Texas Hill Country and attended Ingram Tom Moore
High School in his youth. He is the oldest of 3 brothers and 1 sister. He
earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Honors Zoology from Brigham Young University in
1995 and later completed his Doctorate of Medicine with the University of Texas
Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in June, 1999. He trained in family medicine with
Charlton Methodist Family Practice Residency where he had the privilege of acting as Chief
Resident in his final year of training. He enjoys athletic events, once stopping
Shaquille O'Neil in a one on one basketball situation. He enjoyed two years of
voluntary religious and compassionate service in Southwestern England and Wales. He
has always loved the mountains and is a supporter of and emeritus Senior Guide for Outpost
Wilderness Adventure. |
